The Truth Behind The Name...
MacFarlane is a Scottish name, showing membership to a certain highland clan; The MacFarlane clan. We were banished from Scotland in the 1800's for cattle-rustling and other illegal stuff, but are allowed back now. The clan used to perform it's operations by night, hence the highland nick-name given to the moon; MacFarlane's Lantern. Our battle cry is: "Loch Sloy!" and our motto is:This I'll Defend". MacFarlane means literally: Son of a Bull at the end of the lane (or so my rough translation reveals).

So why the Site?
Why not? Got nuthin better ta do with my time, might as well waste it whilst making sure other people know about how much I am wasting it. Get off my back will ya? Live and let live for Christ's sake...

How will I know if this site is Updated
Well, I haven't got a newsletter set up or anything, so I can't be certain to e-mail you, best just to check back regularly, oh, and if you're really bothered then I guess you could try asking me nicely by emailing me, there are a load of links to my address around the site, so just find one.
